Professional Persona
In my Eller Business Communication course, I focused on more than just developing professional materials. I focused on discovering and defining who I am as well. Through projects like this website, professional video, and written documents, I’ve worked to craft an identity that goes beyond surface level achievements and reflects the deeper values that drive me. After reflecting on how I view myself and how others experience me, I’ve realized that my professional identity is rooted in three key values: Authenticity, curiousity, and Integrity. These aren’t just words to me, they’re the principles I aim to live by in every aspect of my personal and professional life. Whether I’m leading a team, building my business, or supporting others, I want to stay grounded in what truly matters.

To become a more efficient leader, I believe he needs to be more assertive at times, but yet again, he is not shy when has an idea or opinions. He thinks decisions through in an effective manner and is able to vet his decisions effectively."
